How Will You Clean Your RDA?

Sometimes when vapers purchase a RDA and began using it at that very instance, they get a horrible taste which does not at have the taste of premium e-liquid. It is possible that the machine oil is changing the taste and is causing the bad vape experience.

Another possibility which could be worse than the previous one is that the metal shavings are hiding in the atomizer. If you trying to go for that huge cloud and inhaling metal shaving in the process it would not be a favorable experience at all.

Step to Clean a RDA

After you have removed the atomizer from the package makes sure whether there is any visible damage or not. If there isn’t any damage take it out completely and separate all the screws and o-rings. However, do not forget to keep in mind where each of them is placed. Keep a diagram if necessary.

After this you would require a container and 90% alcohol solution so that you can rinse it off very quickly and then drain it off. This is done to remove the tenacious machine oil. After you are done with this you would have to fill it up with hot water see to it that the whole of the atomizer is covered by it. Add some dish soap that is not scented and mix it along with a small bristled brush or a toothbrush. If you are using scented dish soap then the atomizer start smelling of the scent.

Be cautious when you are placing all the parts in the soapy solution. Allow the parts to be soaked for a considerable amount of time so that the residue that is left over from the process of the machine is loosened up,

Take a brush and then scrub all the parts particularly the inside surface through which the air will be flowing and also will be in contact with the premium e-liquid. The parts which are tiny are actually very difficult to clean with the help of a brush. This is the reason you should soak and rinse to remove the residue from it.

After you have rinsed all the parts of the RDA make sure that you have dries that properly. Take the help of clean and soft cloth to speed up the process of drying. It is better to use micro fiber cloth for this process.

Now, it is time to assemble all the parts. Put the o-rungs to the proper parts. It might be a bit difficult to replace the o-rings because they are nice and clean. You can use e-juice that you will be using to lube it up to simplify the process.

After you have been successful in lubing the o-rings continue the process of assembling. The parts which are joined with the help of an o-ring should be assembled by a twisting motion instead of just press fitting it. This prevents the o-ring from getting torn or pinched during the process of reassembling.

Once you have assembled the atomizer it is time for you to enjoy a flavorful and safe vape. Don’t forget to insert a coil depending on the atomizer in the process of final assembling.
